Is there a student app?
In MartialWave you'll be able to send invitations for students to create user accounts and access the system. They’ll then be able to view class schedules, attendance records, rank progression, and, if applicable, tuition payments and invoices through PayPal—all as if using an app. This access happens through the browser on their device, whether it’s a smartphone, computer, or tablet. They can even create a shortcut for direct access from their phone’s home screen.
Let’s look at how to enable this feature for the student:
a) Go to Settings, under the My Account menu, and find the option "Send student user invitation". There, you can select students who have a valid or registered email and click to send the invitations, as shown below:
b) The student will receive an email with instructions to access the system, read the terms of use, and create their own password—which they can later change at any time.
c) Done! The student will now be able to access their data, including tuition and PayPal invoices, for example.
Important notes:
- To make access easier, students can create a shortcut to MartialWave on their phone’s home screen: Android or iPhone
- They can also go directly to the site www.martialwave.com and click LOGIN > Student Access.
- Due to spam rules set by each email provider, we cannot guarantee delivery of the email or access to the system through the provided link.
- We recommend testing with a few selected students before sending invitations to everyone, so you can verify the displayed information.
- You can remove the Student's access directly in the Student record.
