Can I charge students automatically and on a recurring basis?

In MartialWave, to automatically send a charge to a student, you must have the PayPal integration enabled in your plan. This allows the system to generate invoices and send them by email based on CONTRACTS, as configured in the payment integration settings:

You can choose how many days in advance the invoice should be created—just remember that this number cannot exceed the period defined in the contract:

When CREATING a contract, click on “Charge via payment method” and select the category where the charges will be settled. If you are editing an existing contract, create an ALTERANTION to apply the changes:

That’s it! MartialWave will create the invoices based on the entries generated from the contract.

IMPORTANT: The invoice is sent automatically, but it will not be charged automatically in a recurring way directly through the bank. The student must still choose a payment method and complete the payment manually.
