Help Center

Hi! How can we help you?

Track student flow and class/fight utilization in the STATS menu.

Enrollments and Occupancy

  • Enrollment Flow: This graph will show the general enrollment and cancellation trends in your dojo over the last 12 months. Remember that it refers to enrollments made or canceled, not to individual people.
  • Enrollment Flow by Category: Similar to the previous item, here you'll see the enrollment and cancellation movement, but this time broken down by fight/martial art. This allows you to analyze trends in the demand for specific disciplines and reorganize spaces accordingly!
  • Current General Occupation Rate: This graph shows the occupancy rate of the available slots in your martial arts center. For example, if you have 3 distinct fight classes with 10 slots each, you have a total of 30 slots. If you have 5 enrollments in each class, you'll have a 50% occupancy rate, keeping in mind that the same student can occupy more than one slot!
  • Current Occupancy Rate by Category: This graph works similarly to the previous one, but this time it's broken down by fight/martial art. Again, enrollments are what count, as the same student can occupy multiple slots in different fights. This is very useful for analyzing real data on which offered fights/martial arts need to attract more students, for example.

By Fighting discipline

  • Total Students per Fight/Martial Art (cards): This indicator shows the accumulated total of students (not enrollments) who participated in each of your fights/martial arts in the past period.
  • Student Flow in the Month: Different students enrolled in a class schedule over the past 12 months.
  • Cash Balance by Fighting Discipline for the Last 12 Months: This graph shows the accumulated balance (in currency) that each fight/martial art generated in the past 12 months. This calculation takes into account monthly fees and enrollments, minus automatic instructor remunerations (by hour or percentage).
  • Monthly Cash Flow by Fighting Discipline for the Last 12 Months: This graph shows the enrollment movement in each fight/martial art, i.e., the inflows and outflows forming a balance. Again, it refers to enrollments made, not to individual people!

Attendance Report
