I want to add other fields to the record.

In the RECORDS menu, there is a link to ADDITIONAL FIELDS, where you can create new fields that will be included in your standard registration form, allowing you to meet your specific data requirements.

You can even mark a field as REQUIRED, so that it must be filled in every time a new registration is created:
