I have people interested in the classes. How can I manage them?

In MartialWave, you can use the Prospects feature under the RECORDS menu. This section is for people who contacted your martial arts center but couldn’t enroll at that moment—whether due to unavailable spots or incompatible schedules.

With this feature, you can create a record and specify the martial arts and preferred days for the interested person.

Once registered, you can search the Prospects List and filter based on available openings or newly created classes.

Additionally, you can include a prospect as a guest student in a Lesson Record to track trial classes:

When the person officially enrolls, simply go to their prospect record and click "CONVERT TO STUDENT". All previously entered details will be transferred to a regular student profile, allowing them to follow the standard enrollment process:
