How does the Lesson Record work?

The Lesson Record is used to track how many students attend each class, as well as to know which students were present. When you enter the menu, you will immediately see the weekly record with the groups/schedules, and by clicking on the chosen day, the teacher must indicate whether the class took place. If yes, the list of students scheduled for that time will appear so you can mark those who were present.

On this same screen, you can also indicate if there was a substitute teacher — important in cases of hourly payment — as well as whether the class happened. Another important field is the description of what was done, keeping a complete record.
