Does MartialWave send overdue payment notices to students?

Yes, you can configure your account to send emails to the person responsible for the financial entry.

In the system Settings (located under the Avatar in the top right corner), access the Notification Settings section. There, you can enable or disable email notifications for two distinct situations:

• a) Notification on the due date;
• b) Overdue notice sent two days after the due date.

By clicking the gear icon next to the on/off switch, you can also customize parts of the email with your preferred text for each message. You can include additional payment information, observations, etc.

We chose email delivery because it comes at zero cost to you. WhatsApp integrations require the academy to have a Business account, get message templates approved by them, and pay for every message sent, which increases your overhead.

Please note that the receipt of these emails depends on the recipient's provider filters and spam policies; therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% delivery. Additionally, we are not responsible for the message content once it has been edited.
