Class Schedule: Create Your Class Group or Time Slot

In MartialWave, to organize class schedules, track attendance, and manage enrolled students or those attending fights, you need to create a Class Schedule.

The process is simple: just go to the respective menu and click ADD. Then, fill out the form as required, keeping in mind some important details:

• You cannot assign the same instructor to two classes at the same time;
• The Class Group is recommended if you have a class that takes place multiple times a week and the student MUST attend all sessions, with no option to choose specific days. In this model, the enrollment fee is a single fixed amount for all days in the group;
• The By Frequency option is better suited if students can choose which days they want to attend. In this case, the fee is based on the number of days they participate in that class;
• Once a Class Schedule is created, you can edit it in the future, but the schedule type cannot be changed;
• Additionally, if there are existing contracts for these classes, they must be updated according to the provided notifications.
